@kevburns @PINE64 If you can, hold on to it. Grab a second hand turntable, put a reasonable cart on it, and digitize it first. Trust me, some of the old jems are worth archiving. I have about 300 LP’s that are as rare as hens teeth, and I’m slowly going through each one, methodically cleaning, and digitizing each one. When I’m done, I’ll cherry pick a few I want to keep, and pass on, or sell the rest. There’s just something so nice about the old analog sound. It’s really visceral. Holding the LP in your hand, you can almost feel the history in your fingertips 🙂
